Are My Hormones Evil ?

When your body reaches a certain age which varies from individuals to individuals, your brain releases a special hormone that starts the changes of puberty.
It’s called a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) for short. When GnRH reaches the pituitary gland
( a pea shaped gland that sits just under the brain) this gland release into the bloodstream two more puberty hormones : luteinizing hormone (LH) for short and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) for short.

Both the male and the female have this hormones present in their body and depending on the sex, these hormones now go to work on different parts of the body.

For the male, these hormones travel through the blood and give the testes the signal to start producing testosterone and sperm. Testosterone is the hormone that causes most of the changes that occurs to a guy during puberty and sperm cells must be produced for men to reproduce.

In females the FSH and the LH go to the ovaries which contains eggs that has been there since birth. The hormones now stimulates the ovaries to begin producing another hormones called estrogen. Estrogeun, alongside FSH and LH , causes a girl’s body to mature and change to that of a woman.

Puberty starts at varying ages around 7-13 in girls and 9-15 in boys.
Each person is a little different so you can’t compare yourself to another.

As these hormones create changes on the outside, they do the same on the inside too.
As your body is trying to adjust so also is your mind.

You might feel anxious about the changes in your body
You might feel overly sensitive and become easily upset, some teenagers get angry at friends and families.
Sometimes it becomes so difficult to deal with all these new emotions.
Usually people aren’t trying to hurt you or upset you, it might just be those hormones at work but does that make your hormones evil?
Definitely NO

You might have new, confusing feelings about sex, but does that make your hormones evil still?
Definitely NO.
Are you wondering why you feel like having sex, feel upset at times, why you have wet dreams, menstrual cramps, painful breast etc.
Why should my hormones want to push me to sin?
Why should my hormones cause me pains?

Hormones are not evil , they are a gift from GOD.

These hormones are what happened to your parents before they could have you.
These hormones are signals that your body is giving you new responsibilities

All you need do is to train your body so that your hormones do not push you to sin.
At whatever age you get to, hormones never grow up and they never learn but you have to be wiser than your hormones. Hormones are just like babies, they want to do whatever they like, they want satisfaction at every time and we are like adults, we should know the right thing to feed out hormones with.

When your hormones ask you to yell at people and be angry for no reason, say No to it because you know better.
When your hormones ask for premarital sex say NO to it because you know better.
When your hormones ask you to masturbate, say NO to it because you know better.
Hormones don’t go to church, hormones don’t read the bible, hormones don’t go to school, hormones doesn’t have home training, and hormones doesn’t grow up.

So don’t let your hormones control you, rather you control them.
