Victims of love
Am so excited to share this piece with you all. It’s been a while I posted something and am happy that am getting back with this.
These past few months has been a life changing journey for me, funny enough I have spent most of the days indoors though but, it’s really exciting that I have learnt a lot in my stay indoors.
It’s about who we trust , who will turn to for ideas, it’s about how we handle disappointment and who we look up to for day to day stuffs.
Am so happy that I realized this at early enough in my life that everyone will fail us, not all the time but one time or the other people who we hold in high esteems will fail us. Father , mother , spouse, friends, neighbours, siblings, yeah, the long list of everyone you know will fail you at one point and the only means by which you could avoid this is to not put your trust in the arm of flesh.
I know the word fail I used might sound so ‘big’ but I don’t know what better way to put it. People will forget your important dates, say words that you don’t expect, judge you wrongly, fail on their promises etc. And you won’t only be a victim alone too you also will put people in that situation too.
Yeah, welcome to earth, a place where no one really knows how to perfectly satisfy everyone they meet.
So both on trivial things and otherwise, don’t get worked up when having a disappointment, look on the bright side and always remember that this is earth.
Imagine having someone that doesn’t forget anything about you, cares for you like no man can ever do, loves you like haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! , He doesn’t forget to shine the morning after a dark night, He doesn’t forget to shine the sun, pop out the stars, bring out the moon, the list is endless because His love is everlasting.
Trusting in man is like trying to light a candle in the rain and every disappointment from man is an appointment with God to remind us that it’s Him we should look up to.
I love you too but just in case, this is earth. LOL. XOXO
