This isn’t a story neither is it a poem, let’s just say it’s a peep into my heart.
Love is actually a three letter word for the greatest gift one can give and can receive.
Yeah, I said three letters, of course I can count naaah.
L O V E is 1 2 3 because GOD is love.
Yeah, so let’s move on. But wait oh, how come it’s so easy for us to keep falling in love over and
over again
. There are lots of persons that can count like between five to six persons that they fell in love with, shared memories together before they finally found the right one they settled down with.Guess I might fall into this category also. Lol
But love is a complicated topic to discuss because it’s a mystery. It’s something beyond human reasoning how two different individuals can attach a feeling as strong as love to one another.
God is the Genesis of love. Because He Himself is love.
He is the master of the game.
Hmmmm, or you think you such a lover boy or lover girl?
Feeling like a pro?
Because you are romantic, sweet , beautiful, poetic , funny , fun, etc, doesn’t make you a professional at this oh.
Can you die for someone?
Can you be hung to the cross for someone’s sin?
Can you love without expecting a reward or a reciprocation?
Can you be stripped naked for love?
Can you be given lashes for love?
Can you carry a heavy cross for love?
Can you be poor for Love?
Can you do what Jesus did for mankind?
Can you watch the ones you love hurt you, reject you, spite you and you will still die for them?
And even after dying and resurrection, they still mess things up, reject your love and all and you will still loveeeeeeeee????
So here’s my verdict, we are all still learners in the quest of finding love, choosing the right one, making the right choice and even knowing how to love.
So before you fall in love always go to the master and learn of Him because no man can write a better love story than Jesus because He is the Author of the greatest, the best and the first Love story ever.
Love is patient, love is kind, love does not envy, love is not proud or rude, love is not self-seeking or easily angered, love keeps no records of wrong, love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth, love, it always trusts and hopes.
Seems like it’s a whole lot of work to walk in this mystery called LOVE.
